Acceptance

By using Pal Plus Service or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the related privacy, payment, and refund policies published on the site.

Accuracy of information

Customers are responsible for checking Player ID, UID, phone number, email, region, server, and any other service information before payment. A top-up correctly fulfilled to the information submitted by the customer may not be reversible.

Order creation and price lock

The displayed price is locked for the period shown at checkout. If that period expires before payment, the system may recalculate the order using the current price. Supplier cost, profit margin, and internal pricing formulas are not customer-facing information.

Payment

Payment is confirmed when an electronic gateway confirms the transaction or a manual transfer is approved through the review process. Creating an order or uploading an image does not necessarily mean payment has been confirmed.

Fulfillment

An order is considered fulfilled when a digital code is delivered, credit or currency is applied to the correct destination, or the service is otherwise documented as completed. Estimated fulfillment times may be affected by suppliers, maintenance, or security review.

Cancellation and refunds

A cancellation may be requested before fulfillment where technically possible. Once a digital code has been delivered or a top-up has been correctly completed, a refund may no longer be possible because of the nature of digital products. The published Refund Policy applies.

Price and availability changes

Prices may change due to exchange rates, suppliers, availability, or fees. A product or package can be paused or changed when supplier or stock conditions change.

Errors

If there is an obvious technical error in a product or price, Pal Plus may pause the order before fulfillment and contact the customer to correct the issue or refund the paid amount as appropriate.

Acceptable use

Fraud, unauthorized payment testing, misleading orders, abuse of coupons, wallets or referrals, and attempts to access unauthorized parts of the system are prohibited.

Account security

Customers are responsible for protecting their sign-in details. Additional verification may be requested for a new device or unusual activity, and some operations may be paused for security review.

Suspension

Accounts or operations may be suspended where there is a reasonable indication of fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms, while legitimate customer financial rights remain subject to applicable law.

Liability

We work to provide accurate service, but some products depend on third-party suppliers and platforms whose outages or changes are outside our direct control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. The published version applies to subsequent use after it becomes effective.
